The Arrogant Guest Demanded Her Firing Until She Saw The Title Deed

The Scene in the Lobby

The grand lobby of the St. Regis Grand was bathed in warm light from the crystal chandeliers high above.

Marble floors stretched across the vast space, reflecting the bright lights and towering marble pillars.

Guests in fine evening wear strolled through the main hallway, speaking in quiet and polite tones.

It was eight o'clock on a Friday evening, the busiest time for the luxury hotel.

Behind the front counter stood Clara Valle, wearing a simple dark blue employee uniform.

She checked the computer screen with careful attention, making sure every guest reservation was perfectly placed.

Clara was a quiet young woman who always kept her head down and focused on her work.

Few people in the building knew much about her background or her history with the company.

She preferred to let her strong work ethic speak for itself every single day.

Across the lobby, heavy glass doors opened as a wealthy socialite named Victoria walked into the room.

Victoria wore a sparkling gold sequin dress that caught the light with every sharp step she took.

She did not look at the staff as she marched directly toward the check-in desk with high heels clicking loudly.

Her face carried an expression of complete superiority and annoyance.

She dropped a heavy leather bag onto the marble counter with a sharp, loud thud.

Victoria: I need the penthouse suite prepared immediately without any delay.

Clara looked up with a polite smile and greeted the woman warmly.

Clara: Good evening, ma'am, welcome to the hotel.

Victoria: Skip the warm welcome and just give me the key card right now.

Clara typed the name into the computer system quickly to find the reservation details.

Clara: I see your name here, but the penthouse is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance tonight.

Victoria's eyes narrowed instantly into a cold and dangerous glare.

Victoria: Are you telling me that my room is not ready for me?

Clara: We have an executive suit available on the top floor that is equally luxurious.

Victoria slammed her hand onto the counter, causing the front desk bell to ring out loudly.

Victoria: I do not stay in regular executive suites like common people do!

Several nearby guests turned their heads to watch the sudden commotion unfolding at the desk.

Clara kept her voice soft and professional despite the growing hostility in front of her.

Clara: I apologize for the inconvenience, but safety regulations require us to finish the maintenance work.

Victoria: I do not care about your petty regulations or your ridiculous excuses!

Victoria reached over the counter and grabbed a stack of check-in files from Clara's hands.

She shoved the papers hard, sending them flying across the polished floor in every direction.

Victoria: Get out of my face right now!

Clara stumbled back from the counter, holding her hands up in utter surprise and shock.

The entire lobby seemed to go deathly silent as the confrontation escalated quickly before everyone.
